The idea
The Paradise of Mathematics is an interactive demonstration: a 3D volume that turns like a real book. Ten chapters raise the golden ratio, Platonic solids, Mandelbrot, the tesseract, chance, waves, tangents, integrals, transforms and infinity.
Each spread pairs original writing, a formula and a studio. The work can be read in French, English, Arabic and Chinese, without inventing a print-book URL.
What the book refuses
- Copying an existing book or inventing a book URL.
- Reducing mathematics to a spectacle without formulas.
- Replacing reading with a decorative animation.
